Our vacuum roasters bake the Lithium Polymer Batteries under 75-80 degrees more than 36 hours adequately.
6. Aging & grading of Lithium Polymer Battery
Constant temperature cabinet activates the lithium polymer battery. High-precision cabinet test the real capacity & curve of each cell.
7. Assembling of Lithium Polymer Battery
The point inspection for internal resistance & voltage before assembling PCM, wires & connector. We do another testing again for the above items after collecting.
8. Packing of Lithium Polymer Battery
Checking each the surface of battery & quantity when we put them into the groove of plastic trays. All trays are fixed by wrapping film without rocking. Sturdy cartons are fit for internal shipment by air or by sea.
